Panoramic Interests has been developing housing, live-work space, and commercial space in the city of Berkeley since 1989, and has won awards for innovative mixed-use developments from the Downtown Berkeley Association, the Berkeley Design Advocates, the Pacific Builders Conference, and MIT. Panoramic Interests manages the Gaia Arts Theater and collaborates with Project Peace on Cultural Initiatives.
